ShanghaiTech provides various kinds of services for faculty members. The services include teaching training programs, research training programs, career development supports and campus life supports.
In each semester, a teaching training session will be held to instruct new faculty on their teaching skills in order to help them quickly dive into ShanghaiTech’s campus life as qualified professors.
