The arrangements of 2019 Winter Vacation are as below:
1. Students Winter Vacation will be from January 21 (Monday) to February 16 (Saturday). February 17 (Sunday) is the registration date for all students and classes will begin on February 18 (Monday). Faculty vacation lasts from January 28 (Monday) to February 14 (Thursday). All faculty members and staff start to work again on February 15 (Friday).
2. No.2 Dining Hall first floor will be open during the vacation. Second Floor of No.2 Dining Hall will be closed from February 1 to February 10. Western Restaurant and Muslim Restaurant will be closed from January 26 to February 13. Faculty Restaurant will be closed during the vacation. First floor of No.3 Dining Hall and the restaurant on its second floor will be closed from January 30 to February 13. (Please contact the reservation number 18116452817 one day in advanced for business meal service between January 26-Jaunuary 29). The Property maintenance call number is 20685112. The shuttle bus timetable can be found in the Office of General Services notice. For business car service, please call Mr. Xu at 18501799737. The Clinic Center will be closed February 4- February 10.
3.Library hours 09:00-21:00 (including weekends), January 26-February 3, February 11-February 14. IT maintenance staff will be working from 9:00-16:00 during the winter vacation (24-hour on call number: 20685566).
4.Please pay attention to safety issues and do a self-check before Winter Vacation to prevent any accidents and emergencies.
5. In order to ensure safety during the holiday, the university staff will be on duty from 08:00-17:00 in the Administration Center. For emergencies please contact: Office of the President at 20685160 (fax number: 20685052).
