The arrangements of 2018 Summer Break are as below:
Student Summer Vacation will be from July 30 (Monday) to September 15 (Friday). September 16 (Sunday) is the registration date for all students (except new students) and classes will begin on September 17 (Monday). Faculty vacation lasts from August 6 (Monday) to August 24 (Friday). All faculty members and staff start to work again on August 27 (Monday).
University dining halls will be open during summer break. No.2 Dining Hall 2 and part of the Dining Hall 3 will be open from August 4 to August 26. The Campus Service Center will be open during the vacation and property maintenance call number is 20685112. The shuttle bus timetable can be found in the Office of General Services notice. For business car service, please call Mr. Xu at 18501799737.
Library hours during Summer Break is from 9:00-21:00 (including weekends). IT maintenance staff will be working from 9:00-16:00 (24-hour on call number: 20685566).
Please pay attention to safety issues and do a self-check before summer break to prevent any accidents and emergencies.
All offices, schools and institutes will be open as usual during summer vacation.
