龚和贵(1974. 10) ,教授(2008. 11),博导,河南大学至善特聘教授(2023.8)。1995年郑州轻工业学院精细化工学士、1998年清华大学有机化学硕士、2005年美国University of Texas at Austin化学博士学位,2005-2008年美国University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill化学系博士后,并获北卡大学优秀博士后奖。发表论文90篇。
独立工作后,在“烷烃亲电试剂与其它亲电试剂还原偶联”领域做出了多项原创性工作。在国际化学顶级刊物Nat. Syn., Chem. Soc. Rev., Acc. Chem. Res., J. Am. Chem. Soc.,Angew. Chem.,Chemical Science发表论文论文20篇。2014年获Asian Core Program Lectureship Award,2017年美国德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校“有机化学杰出校友讲座奖”,2019年获上海市自然科学二等奖。主要研究领域包括:廉价金属催化有机合成化学、药物分子合成、有机超分子化学。
讲座摘要:
Ni-catalyzed reductive cross-coupling of two electrophiles known as RCC or cross-electrophile couplings (XEC) has emerged as a prestigious strategy for the construction of C(sp3)-C bonds. The burgeoning field merits the use of readily accessible carbon electrophiles and thus avoids preparing organometallic nucleophiles required for conventional nucleophile/electrophile couplings. After over 10 years of intensive investigations by many research groups, numerous important progresses have been achieved. However, some challenging issues remain. In this presentation, we focus our attention on some of these difficult problems, including Ni-catalyzed reductive couplings of challenging substrates and the development of non-metallic reductants to mediate the reductive coupling process. In addition, with the knowledge gained in the XEC, we have advanced thermoredox coupling of C(sp3)-H bonds with carbon-electrophiles and site-selective dimerization of unactivated alkenes. The creation of C(sp3)-C bonds under these coupling frameworks broadens the substrate scope under thermally driven coupling conditions.
