  个人简介  
2005年7月毕业于中国科学技术大学,获学士学位;
2010年7月毕业于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院生化细胞所,获博士学位;
2010年8月至2011年9月在生化细胞所工作担任助理研究员;
2011年9月起美国哈佛医学院/麻省总医院从事博士后研究,并于2016年6月晋升为研究助理(Research Associate),以秀丽线虫为主要模式生物并辅以哺乳动物研究自闭症相关基因在突触形成以及神经递质释放中的作用。
2017年8月在上海科技大学生命科学与技术学院任助理教授、研究员。
  主要研究内容  
大脑具有惊人的复杂性:它既能够保持一定的稳定性、可重复性,又具有很强的可塑性来针对外界环境做出相应的调节。这种维持和调节功能的紊乱会导致多种神经和精神性疾病,如自闭症,抑郁症,精神分裂症等。大脑神经系统的形成以及功能的维持主要依赖于突触:突触是神经元之间连接和信息传递的基本结构,通过神经递质的释放来传递神经信号。我们实验室主要以秀丽线虫为主要模式动物,并结合哺乳动物的研究,利用行为学、遗传学、生化、光遗传学、影像学技术以及电生理等实验手段来研究突触平衡的建立和维持以及突触可塑性的分子基础,从而阐释神经性疾病的可能发病机制,并提供潜在治疗靶点。
