  个人简介  
     2004.09-2008.06,就读于华中农业大学动物科技学院动物科学专业,获农学学士学位;
     2008.09-2014.03,就读于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院营养所,获理学博士学位;
     2014.04-2016.03,在中国科学院上海生命科学研究院从事博士后研究,师从周斌教授;
     2016.04-2016.10,在中国科学院上海生命科学研究院营养所、生化细胞所任副研究员;
     2016.11-至今,在上海科技大学生命科学与技术学院任助理教授、研究员。
     博士和博士后期间主要从事心脏发育方面的研究,利用遗传谱系示踪技术发现了胚胎心内膜细胞具有多能性,可以分化为瓣膜间充质细胞(Zhang et al, J Biol Chem, 2014),冠状血管内皮细胞(Tian et al, Cell Res, 2013; Tian et al, Science, 2014; Zhang et al, Circ Res, 2016),肝脏血管内皮细胞(Zhang et al, Nat Genet, 2016),心脏内脂肪细胞(Zhang et al, Circ Res, 2016),血管周细胞和平滑肌细胞(Chen et al, 2016, Nat Commun)等。
     2014年被评为中国科学院大学优秀毕业生,博士论文被选为2016年度中国科学院大学百篇优秀博士论文; 2015年获“Sanofi-SIBS”优秀在站博士后奖励基金;2016年被评为“上海细胞生物学会优秀青年学者”;2017年被评为上海市“曙光学者”。主持项目有上海市扬帆计划、国自然基金等。
  主要研究内容  
      成年哺乳动物(如人,小鼠等)心肌细胞的增殖能力非常有限。因此,心脏受损后的大量心肌细胞死亡和纤维化会导致心脏功能受损而无法恢复,最终走向心力衰竭甚至个体死亡。然而,胚胎期和出生一周内的心脏却具有强大的再生能力,受损以后在短期内就可以恢复正常。因此,我们对于心血管的发育过程以及如何提高成体心脏的再生比较感兴趣。
      实验室主要利用多种遗传工具小鼠,并结合多种动物疾病模型(如心肌梗死、心尖切除等),利用遗传谱系示踪、组织特异性基因操作、细胞命运重塑等多种技术手段,研究发育过程中和疾病状态下心脏中多种细胞类型(如心肌祖细胞,内皮细胞,间充质细胞等)的命运变化及分子调控机制,研发心血管疾病预防和治疗的新靶点。
