The arrangements for the 2023 Summer Vacation are as follows:
1. Summer vacation for students: July 10 (Monday) to September 23 (Saturday). The registration day for all returning students is September 24 (Sunday), and classes will begin on September 25 (Monday).
2. Summer vacation for faculty and staff: July 24 (Monday) to August 20 (Sunday). All faculty and staff should return to work on August 21 (Monday).
3. Please stay vigilant against natural disasters like typhoon and flood, prevent fire, theft, and heatstroke, and keep safe.
4. To ensure the university’s normal operation during the vacation, staff will be on duty from 08:00 to 17:00. Please refer to the following table for specific duty location, personnel and contact information. In case of emergencies, please contact the University Office on 20685160 (fax number: 20685052).
5. Adjustments to the library & IT services and campus services during the summer vacation will be notified later.
